Last Saturday we went to SM Naga City to watch the much awaited movie of the year, "The Twilight Saga, - New Moon" of first time novelist Stephenie Meyer, starring Bella (Kristen Stewart), Edward (Robert Pattinson) and the ooh so tempting comeback of Jacob (Taylor Lautner). We originally plan to watch at 2:30 but we were so sleepy that we opted to have a nap first and when we arrive at around six o'clock the ticket line was jam packed and we decided to take the last full show and eat our dinner first at Gerry's Grill. The cinema was a standing room and we were not lucky to get a better seat, so we just sit on the stairs which gives me back pains but later on somebody went out and we were able to seat and enjoy the movie more.
Honestly, i have read the story already up to it's end but still. I can't wait to watch it in the big screen. Stephenie Meyer was a brilliant writer and just for once, we can all forget our problems and fall in love with each and every one's character. If you will read her biography, you can really say that big things come from humble beginning.
Twilight is really a great success not just in our country but all over the world. Half of the town and all over the net is talking about the complicated love story of Bella and Edward and everybody is trying to grab some Twilight things as a keepsake.
I have seen this limited edition Twilight - New Moon Mentos pack at SM and having no second thought, I immediately grab it and put in our grocery cart. This small mementos is a good keepsake for this wonderful movie that all kinds of ages, men and women learned to love.
P.S.
I will be waiting for a DVD release and will surely grab my own copy. LOL!

I am sorry for the picture. I am looking for a better one but i found out that we don't have any pictures of Peachy eating something delicious or yummy but let me share to you a little facts about her eating habits. She loves to eat anything now, whatever food she see, she will eventually put it in her mouth but before this happen, i have many days and nights praying that she will eventually eat rice. I almost remember a time that i am reaching out to other moms, seeking answers, learning their tricks and even asking my pediatrician what should i do for my little Peachy to eat rice but now I am the one whose trying to control her eating because of her bulging stomach. (LOL)

Before I used to read a lot of novels, my favorite authors were John Le Carre, John Lescroart, Barbara Taylor-Bradford, Tom Clancy, John Grisham and Taylor Caldwell to name the few. But my hubby was not much of a reader and he will always told me to do other things than reading. That is where i found myself browsing the net and what supposed to be just for pastime becomes totally addicting.
But still once in a while, i still continue my scrap booking. I also love cooking and eating. (As in eat, LOL)
It's really late. There are many things that i also wanted to say but i am too sleepy and tired. Maybe tomorrow, i would like to share with you different things about me.
Cheers to Girls Talk. Visit the site to learn more.

It's another momentous event for all Filipino. Manny Pacquio or " Pacman" as we called him won another title by knocking down opponent Cotto twice.
A real victory from the pride of the Philippines.

What's the best way to share a childhood memory with your child?
Think, think, think? (that's the tag line Disney's Winnie the Pooh is using to catch children attention, and it surely do help, because our Little Peachy is really loving them. No day was complete without watching her favorite show. She enjoy singing along and playing with them. She will always tell mommy, "My, think, think, think". So, for this Mellow Yellow Monday, i would like to share with you our Favorite Winnie the Pooh, with Pooh, learning will be always fun and exciting.
Have a wonderful days ahead of you. To view more Mellow Yellow Monday, visit their site.
It's exactly 40 days before Christmas, i know that you are already in the process of thinking of buying Christmas decors, gifts or attending different Holiday Activities. It's really very exhilarating for us Moms to be the family's head merry-maker, organizing shoppings, parties and more probably travelling. So, as early as now, we need to do a list on how to possibly control this month's most stressful aspects, our money and time.
Manage your budget:
Holiday season is the time that we really get to spend our hard earned money, buying gifts for our family, friends and godchildren, "ina-anaks". One way not to over spend is by analyzing your previous spending habits, so that your in a better capacity to control them in advance. One way to say money and have more fun is to revising your gift list, it can give you more savings and less work also. For example, if you have been giving presents among adults, why not forgo them now instead give gifts only to kids. You can either give adults personalized cards you have specially made for them. They may be sad for a while for not receiving any gifts from you but seeing your effort to give them a personalized card or gift could be much meaningful.
Instead of buying new decors for your Christmas trees, why not go for your old ones and reinvent them to make a new decor.
Before doing your Holiday Shopping, make a list so as to avoid overspending.
Budget your time:
Organizing our time can be just as tough as handling our money. With so many extra events and Holiday demands, it can be hard to find time to enjoy this special season. One way to get a grip of everything is to create a calendar to fill in with your holiday events , for you and and your family. In this method, you will not forget those special events. Ask your kids to help you in the decoration of the house, you will not get tired and you will be having wonderful time with them.
Hope this help.

I should have made an entry last week but due to some other reasons, i was not able to do so but now here's my entry for this week Mommy Moments.
As of the moment, our dear Peachy has no interest in the real sports but her daddy wants to enroll her in an aikido and swimming class just like him. I know that this picture might not be consider as a sport but for a little energetic child just like our Peachy, this is her favorite thing to do, ride on the hamper and pretending that it was a car with matching sounds, brooooooomm,

2. Have you ever had “buyer’s remorse” over anything? Sometimes i had that feeling and i do feel bad about it.
3. What is something in your life
that you are thankful for now that you didn’t think you would be at the time of the event? (Something that seemed ill-timed, inconvenient or hurtful which turned out to be a good thing) The time i have lost my second unborn child, i felt really depressed because i have lost two already but later on i accepted the fact that it was not really meant to be.
4. Do you watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade every year? If so, do you have a favorite float or balloon? We were not that lucky to be able
to watch a beautiful parade like this but we also have our own parades and it was quite beautiful also.
5. Share a quote, scripture, poem or lyric which has been an inspiration to you lately. "Give thanks with a grateful heart, give thanks"
6. This is meant to be a fun question, and this is a G-rated blog, but please share a “guilty pleasure,” something that you enjoy that’s probably not the most edifying, time-worthy or healthy thing you could be indulging in. Did I mention this blog is rated G? " G
etting hooked at Facebook, it is really time consuming but totally satisfying.
7. What Thanksgiving food are you looking forward to? Of course the turkey. (delicious)
8. What is your favorite book to read to children, or what was your favorite childhood book? We do love The tale of Peter Rabbit by Beatrix Potter.

9. Do you collect anything? (Feel free to post a photo.)
I love collecting. Here are some of my collection, hope you will like it.

Some of my collections of old coins.

My favorite Novels.

My collection of Magazines and Peachy's Books
10. Gift bags or wrapping paper? I do like gifts wrapped in a beautiful and nice gift wrapping paper because there is always that personalized touch.
11. Share an after-school memory from when you were younger. What was your routine like on an average day? Before my whole life evolves on the school and at home, i rarely had a chance to go out but i can remember that when i was in grade school, I would take a chance to slip way and go to the public library near our school and that makes my grand mother very angry.
