Healthy bones, great smile

Last monday, in celebration of Womens Month, our local association of medical doctors held a free blood and bone screening and just like I've expected my bones are really decreasing and I was prescribed to take calcium daily.

Just in time, i am also surfing the net for possible problems of poor bones and came to learn about Temporomandibular joint disorder or TMJ syndrome. It's a disease of the temporomandibular joint or most commonly known as the joint of our jaw.  I really have no idea before that poor bones can lead into TMJ sydrome and can be fatal if not prevented on its early age.  My obsession on learning about it grows further more.

I realized that I also need to go to my dentist to have my regular dental check up, it's just too sad that there are no tmj dentist San Diego who specialize in this kind of problems.
