Just this week, I have made a post regarding Bicolana beauties who were able to have the titles of Bb. Pilipinas and sad to say after two days I learned that Venus Raj , Bb. Pilipinas Universe was dethroned because of questions of citizenship. I really felt sad when i have learned that the title was being stripped of her because I believe that she had work hard to achieve it. But then, rules must be obeyed that is why it was written for. Although sometimes it was a little bit harsh but still we must abide on it.
First runner up Dianne Nencio who also happened to be a Bicolana and the reigning Ms. Bicolandia 2010 should have replaced her although she was not able to make it considering that she is still 17 years old. Ms. Universe has a qualifying age limit of 18. Second runner up Nicolette Henson will be the one representing our country on the Ms. Universe pageant this year.
Let us give her a chance. Maybe she will be the next lucky lady who will bring the most awaited title we were all dreaming of.
