Ms. Gay Young Lerma, 2010

Wednesday, August 11, 2010

Today, our barangay celebrates it's fiesta in honor of Nuestra Senora de Salvacion. Last Monday, we were invited to judge the yearly Ms. Gay Young Lerma. Although, the event was a little bit late we were grateful that we were fetch by the service of the barangay. Hubby told me that he will just drop me off and he will eventually go home and will just fetch me when the event was finished but he was not able to go home because he was also requested to be one of the judge considering the other one did not arrived.
He could not do anything but to agree although this field is really far from his liking (he's not shy nor despise gays) but he's really not into it because it was not his expertise (LOL) but for the sake of camaraderie he readily agreed(he had no other choice, LOL).
But the event turn well, and although some contestants were not really that good but some of them really flourished. The event was also graced by our Town's Mayor, Atty. John Bongat and our co judge was also a kagawad of one of the barangay here in Naga City.
We really enjoyed the night and we can't help ourselves not to laugh with their talents and posings and we even lost track of time and we were able to go home at 2:00 in the morning, so the result is lack of sleep, LOL.
Here are some pictures from the event:
