I opened the net and check my e-mail and got dismayed when i see a message saying that "there are some problem with my internet connection....blah, blah, blah) I open the speedtest.net to find out the speed of my internet connection and guess what, all i can see is the header of the site and from then, i know that i am again experiencing problems with my net.
I called my customer service and this is the reason she gave me; " there is a major fiber break in your area since this 4:00 A.M. and it covers four areas and we are trying to do everything ." And that's it, she mentioned that the connection will be okay maybe around 10:00 this evening. So, i don't have any choice but to wait and sacrifice with this connection.
