Getting fit and fab is something that is hard to do for me, I even tried to resort on drinking diet pills but I guess that would be my last option.  

I'm trying to think of any possible way on getting my old weight and now, I'm trying to just eat oatmeal and a little viand for my lunch time but the real problem is this bulging tummy of mine. I guess that's the result of not having enough exercise or nothing at all.  My husband often told me that exercise is the best solution for me to have a faster weight loss but then I always had the reason of not doing it. It is not that I have no interest but honestly, i don't know if i can keep up with the demands of exercising and I felt that i will get easily tired and i don't want any more problems to occur.
