Uniforms for nurses

When i was growing up, it is always my dream to help other people and cure their problems or diseases because it is a way that i can also help myself. But it never occurred to my mind that I would be a nurse someday. It is my friend who always wanted to be a nurse.  I bet if she was able to see this site before;  http://www.blueskyscrubs.com/categories/Scrubs/Scrubs-for-Women/  I'm sure she will love the different scrubs that they offer for nurses and other medical staffs. 

A neat and clean uniform is always needed for those who are working in medical fields.  I don't know what's the reason behind it but every time i saw a doctor or a nurse i felt relieved and secured that everything will be okay.  Their aura is always light and i can feel their sincerity to help those patient that needed care.

Orange Tuesday - Spring inspired Wedding

 Just thinking that I fulfilled my wish to have a spring wedding theme, the beauty of sunrise and sunset all together.  Green, yellow and orange blended well and not to forget my sunflower cake on my wedding day, these all makes me smile until now.  I so love them and .  The only thing that did not happen is to have real sunflowers included in my bouquet and in my arrangement because sunflower is still not available at that time but then i'm still happy because some of the things i dream of was realized.  

For my first Orange Tuesday and Wednesday White entry,  I want to share with you my Spring Wedding theme.  Enjoy!

Just for a little trivia:  Did you know that I am the one who chooses and bought my bouquet flowers at Dangwa, Manila.  Two days before my wedding day, i fetch my father and my other siblings at Manila and bought flowers for my bouquet.  I really wanted a sunflower but at that time, sunflower was not available. Instead i bought orange gerbera and yellow calla lily and yellow american roses with those cute little flower buttons. 

I told my florist to made me two bouquets and this is the second one.  Can you see the difference?

Ways to make your home smells great

It's not a question nor just a statement.  It is something that we as a mother always want to contemplate.  When you have small kids in the house, some part of your house will be so dis-organized and sometimes the air would not be as fresh as you imagine. But good thing there are ways you can make your house smells good and having a Scentsy warmer could be one of your solution.  

I always used to buy air deodorizer and air spray  to achieve clean air  because having kids at home , we must always make sure that our house is free from any bad air or odor but my always problem is that the fresh smell does not last long.  It was then immediately went out and even i tried different products but i still have the same dilemma.

On Being a Mom

Being a mom is not just by word but more on action. Sometimes as much as I wanted to spend  more time with them, thinking that i need to work and work to provide them a better life comes first. 

Hubby and I love our children so much and we wanted them to have a happy, contented, healthy life and every time we spent with them is a treasured memory and i'm very grateful because even i have to do this things and i have to take myself for granted in sometimes, just seeing them happy and healthy leaves a smile in my lips and happiness in my heart. 

Now, i have to go back to work and help hubby earned a living so we can able to pay for our monthly house amortization dues and of course, our baby's milk.

Stay Beautiful- acne free

I'm trying to think of a perfect product that help bring back the smoothness and radiance of my face.  I have been browsing some anti aging product reviews who can help me choose on what product i can try.  When i got pregnant, as much as i don't want them, those unwanted acne came out of my face and some parts of my body.  I could not use beauty products that time because they say some beauty products can be harmful on your unborn baby.  So, i just bear the painful truth of having those pimples and black spots. 

Now, i'm trying out my best to look for a better solution.  I know this will not be gone overnight but i'm taking all my chances to bring it back on it's original beauty. It's not that i'm being vain but sometimes it can irritate you seeing those circles and worst the marks that they left in my face.

I'll let you know if i have found the best solution because i'm still trying it out and it says, you need to wait until almost two weeks but i bet two weeks is so short. I'm taking my chances up to a month daily use and let's seek if it really works but i'm hoping that it works.

A Conversation with God for Women - Book Review

Sometimes we tend to ask and doubt of our existence.  There are days when we felt so low that we seek questions that are really hard to answer. We begun to doubt and we forget that God was there for us to listen if we only ask. 

This book "A conversation with GOD for women" will give you insights on this questions like "God, why don't You just reveal Yourself? *Jesus, why was a virgin birth necessary? *The Bible, what can it teach women? *Life, what about women in ministry? *Prayer, can it really make a difference? *Relationships, how can we trust after betrayal? *Good and evil, how can they coexist? ", questions that are often times very hard to answer. Each section of the book had ten questions and the books offer possible answers for believers and non-believers although sometimes it was very superficial, in my own belief the author had clearly made her point of view. Religion is sometimes very hard to grasp and finding the answers in this book make me realize even more how to be grateful and how should i live my life as a woman.  It was indeed a nice conversation with God although I would be afraid if he would really conversed with me in whatever form. Just knowing that he is there to guide and guard me is more than enough. 

                                       

                        

    

So, if you were given a chance to ask God one question, what would it be? I would  want to ask him when will this blog of mine will eventually lower it's alexa ranking and will got a more higher pr or  maybe I can ask Him if we can win the jackpot in Lotto and he will surely laugh with my silly ideas but honestly a sit down talk with God over a cup of coffee would be very precious but i guess i don't want them to happen now because He had still given me this two little munchkins to take care and love.

Online College Degrees

They say that getting the right education must not need to be done in the classroom or in the proper university.  There are several things that hinders us in fulfilling our dream course and as much as we wanted to have a degree, we must work first for the benefit of our family.  I understand the thought of having a diploma especially the current situation in the business world today.  Having a diploma is one passport for you to get work and if you are a working student there are many online business degree that you can take to have that dream certificate you are aiming.

Freedom of Speech

I have heard it so many times, we are living in a free democratic country and we have the right to say whatever we wanted to but then there is always a limitation on everything.  Yes, as we have the right to do say what we think is right but then there is always what you called courtesy .  

Here are some thoughts that we must need to consider though:

• Try to be kind.  

If you are kind you will not want to offend others and even you know that it was true, you must also keep in mind that it is not always right to say it when you will eventually offend someone. 

• Say what must be said.

Giving offensive thoughts and words are not unavoidable, there is a saying that truth hurts and when you say it to someone he might think that it is offensive.

• Speaking truth is more important than worry about how it will be received.

There are times that when you try to be a hero in your own way, you get others offended but did you know that there are many people who portrays to be offended because they just want to manipulate you.  If you fear of offending someone then you must be hindering your own freedom of expression.  Having different opinions are very normal and because we are living in a democratic and free society, one must respect the difference of each opinions but what should not be tolerated is the misrepresentations of fact which leads as a treat to our freedom. These things must be exposed and ignorance must be corrected and those who deceived people must be punished and condemned. 

We should open our eyes to reality.  There are people who claim they were sending out the truth but in reality they are just using us for their own purposes.

When problems arises

When problems arises on your medical practitioner you need someone you can rely to.  Doctors are trained to help patients but sometimes as much as we could not wanted them to happen, injuries do persists and serious mistakes were committed. When headache starts!

I'm not feeling well and it is because of this headache i have been suffering since yesterday. I wanted to drink some medicines to relieve the pain but i guess i would just drink much water because i might not getting enough of it and of course this heat must be the source of trigging my migraine.  

I do hope it will last soon or better yet this minute.  I still have many things to do and posts to make and if this situation continue i have no resort but to just close my eyes and take a nap for a while.

I am Legend- Korean Drama

If you love Korean drama, then probably you are looking forward on knowing what will happen on this recently loved korean drama shown at ABS-CBN featuring Kim Jung Eun or we also know as Princess Lulu and in Lover's in Paris.  

I am legend is about a young wife of a well known attorney who loves to sing but her husband and her mother-in-law ill-treated her thus requested to divorce him because she was not given a chance to donate her bone marrow for her dying sister. She determines to gain her life back thus she pursue her childhood dream of becoming a rock-band singer. 

Well, i did not know that she sings well and she is really good at it.  The script is something new to me but over-all it was nice and something you can look forward on watching.

When I hear about tablet laptops , the first thing that will occur on my mind is the Samsung Galaxy Tab i have seen a while ago while browsing the net.  Finding the right tablet PC for your needs will be excruciating if you don't know the specifications and their usage.  There are many choices you can choose from, for example, android, windows, ipad (IOS)Blackberry OS, web OS.

Why do Filipino loves Korean novela?

Included in my daily musing is watching my fave Korean Novela.  I usually bought DVD of something that interest me and even before they were shown on local television, I was able to watch and finish it already.  

I could not remember the exact time or date i have started watching korean tele-novela but if my memory serves me write, this was started when i have watched "Sweet 18" at GMA Channel 7 and that caught my interest and eventually watched many other korean drama.  

Now, that I am having my maternity leave, i don't know if you will believe me but i have watched more than ten korean dramas and even my phone ring tone is "Hyun Bin" That Man (of Secret Garden & Kim Sam Soon).

The fact that they were very entertaining must be the reason why many Filipino like me are addicted watching them, especially if they were already translated in our local language.

What would you do if you have one pill that can change your life?

What do you think if you were given a chance to take one pill that can entirely change the life you had today? If your miserable , you will say that you will make your life change or you might answer, I wanted to be a millionaire and buy all the things i wanted or if you are lonely, you will want to have someone in your life that will make you happy forever. Those are just some thoughts that i had in my mind , it might be a possible answer coming from you but hey don't think that it would be my answer too. 

I watched this movie starring Bradley Cooper and the ever talented Robert De Niro, the film was about a copywriter (hmm, sounds similar to me) who discovers a top-secret drug or you can say a pill which bestows whomever takes it a super human abilities.  Super human abilities does not mean, you will become a superhero, that's out of the question here.   His life is already at the edge and you can say that he was a total loser but suddenly upon taking it, he was back to life and change him for a much better person he wants to be.  Thinking of learning something in just for an instance even without the proper studies.  He was so obsessed of the thought of the origin of the drug and on the way there are some killers or antagonist that are trailing his every move.  

It was a story that will give you some thoughts of what if there was really a certain drug that can make me this genius, would you consider it?  I think you will enjoy this movie "Limitless" as much as we enjoy it. It's very straightforward, effects are just fine, the actors knows how to act their piece well and who would not think Robert De Niro could not act and most of all the story line is great.

If you think that holding industrial material is just for men.  Think twice.  I know a friend that uses big water pumps on her work.  She said that there are many types of pumps and I really could not comprehend what are those kind until she said that she will let me see them in person. Just imagine seeing so many pumps makes me realize what kind of business they have.  It was very foolish of me but I was really shy to ask her, that's why I just kept it all for myself but later on, i have learned that they were renting them for agricultural works.  

Baptismal preparations

After all the expenses of giving birth, your next agenda on your list is to have your baby baptized.  Baptismal today needs some preparations and it started with finding the right invitation and tarpaulin with a full color printing for that special first day event of your baby. 

We are planning a very simple baptismal for Baby Ritz and a small gathering will be up next with just our closest friends around.  I have some ideas on what to give as a giveaway to my dear friends who will be coming but it will still be according to our budget considering that we need to prioritize some other things too.
