Pr ranking changing

Ooh, it's sad to know that my previous pr3 is now down to pr2 but i guess it is all because of my own fault too.  I know and believe that i have my loyal follower and frequent visitor in this site and even i did not do some blog hopping using this site,  i still have loyal friends who keeps on coming and visiting me back and that is one thing i am very grateful. 

But recently Mr. Google did change his mind and make this site one lower in rankings.  It does made me sad but i guess i'm still a little bit happy because i now have 3 other blogs that comes from pr 0 to pr3.  It was very nice to learn but still, i'm a little bit worried.  

I do hope this will not change many things and I know many of my blogger friends are switching from Blogger to Wordpress but still, i prefer to be loyal to blogger so i do hope somehow they will give me  a nice extra appreciation.  LOL. 

Again, thank you so much to all my blogger friends who still drop by here.  I'm very sorry that i might not able to get back as soon as possible but don't you ever worry because i will never failed to visit you back too.

Since, i left the corporate world, my attire had changed and i just settled with the simple pants and blouse and sometimes, we just wear a plain shirt and jeans.  That's one thing very different when you work in the government than the corporate world, you don't need fancy clothes nor fancy shoes and it's been years since i wear a black stockings.  I miss it but i don't think, its very appropriate to wear one in the office considering all your office-mate just wear very comfortable clothes.  

I don't feel i have a great sense of fashion nor I can call myself a Chic mom but i will try my best to have a pretty picture so i can join the contest.  It would be a dream come true for me to wear one of the gowns of Rajo Laurel.

Recharge me not

One of the important things in my work is my cassette recorder.  It helps a lot considering that work pertains to recording and transcribing notes from the actual hearing.  That's why i always make sure that my rechargeable batteries are always recharged so that if in case i needed them, i can just put them on the recorder and use them anytime.  

I don't want to have any disaster to happen and that's the least of what I needed.  That is why as much as possible, i have a back-up plan in case one of my tapes got stuck or did not operate well.  I remember the day when my battery run out and even if i cried, i could not do anything about it, that is why today, i make sure that before the court hearing started, i have two recorders that will serve as my back-up for the proceedings.  

                                                                             

Soccer Braces

Hubby used to be a varsity player for soccer on his teen years.  Thinking about it looks like a real fun.  It's not that i want to see those girls asking for his picture or wanting to have their pictures taken with him.  I'm just curious how he does well in the field and everyone will be shouting his name or cheering for him.  That was a real fun, don't you think.  But playing soccer is not always fun, it can also be alarming especially when things get rough and you might end up hurting yourself. I wonder if he had worn an ankle braces for soccer when he did have an ankle sprain.  

His ankle still did hurt from time to time, maybe that was because of his previous works.  How i wish i can see him play again but things are very busy and he even don't have a time for a simple exercise now. 

Ants on my way

Ooh, I really hate ants, when i saw one in my way, i can't help but to get irritated.  I know they have their own reason to live and their traits are good that's why they were even used in books but they are also irritating and can hurt you bad when they bit you. 

It's not that i want them all dead, i know that they have their own purpose but please, oh just please i don't like them lingering all over the house and talking about ants, i just saw one on my monitor screen and it makes me grrrrr once more.  

Social Security

Working more than eight hours a day, I need security.  Social security is very important for a working mom like me.  It is also a guarantee for a social security disability because you will never know when one would happen. 

This kind of insurance are government funded, that's why you don't need to worry about company shutting down nor something like the private owned security company that will not return your money once the company goes out of work. Social security benefits are very important , so don't miss the opportunity to have one now. 

Playtime is best time

When you have children,  you will do all things just to make them happy.  Giving them the best is what we always wanted and seeing them enjoying the goodness of life is the most precious one.  Since I was a child, i always love going to playground, just seeing those little children make their way on the seesaw or taking time to slide makes me smile more.   That's why i wonder sometime where they get all those commercial playground equipment so i can also get one for my darling Peachy. 

She would be thrilled to see something like this on our yard but i don't think it will fit though. Maybe a mini-version will do.

                                                                                      

A bright and sunny morning

A Bright and sunny morning, that is what I wished for.  It's been a while since this rain keeps on pouring as if there is no end of it.  Many people are suffering and cities were flooded. Even though we always suffer this kind of problems every rainy season, i also do wish that typhoons are not that heavy to the extent that it will kill and left many people homeless. 

In this kind of disaster, we need to have a solid plan so that when worst comes to worst, we can help other who is in dire need. 

Just to lighten the mood, i want to share with you this beautiful flower my lens caught while I was walking on the street. I remember this gumamela back of my young days, we used to grind it and put some powdered detergent on it and make it as a mixture for bubbles.  Back then, everything is simple. 

I have less worry. I have everything right infront of me, maybe that's one good thing on being a child. You see life very simple now, when i thought about my life , sometimes i wish i can just be a bubble, can evaporate anytime I wanted to. 

                                                                                  

As Days Go By

As days go by, I'm getting anxious on what I needed to do.  My mind could not function well and I'm suffering from different emotions.  This things only happens when i'm worried and happy and I even wanted to just stare at the wall calendar to let time pass by. Speaking of calendars, i am thinking of giving away calendars for my baby's baptism, a personalized calendar printing would be nice but i still don't have any beautiful pictures of him to put in there. 

We have planned to have a family picture taken, maybe it is also a good time to have a solo picture of him to be used for whatever giveaway i have in mind.  Specialty products is what i always look into when buying something for a souvenir.  Costumed made items is a hit on many different occasions, even if it is a giveaway or just a simple souvenir for yourself. I wish we can have the money, so we can able to have our little Ritz baptism right away but there are many priorities we had in our way and his baptism can still wait for the meantime.  Maybe after finishing the equity for our newly acquired house and then that's the time we can set our budget for any events we need to make. I wish time could help us because sometimes, i feel i'm a short of it. 

Gold Perfection

I'm a collector on my own right. I just love to collect anything that suits my desire. I have different items in my collections, stamps, toys, figurines, my latest is postcards and of course coins. I just love looking at them and my heart beats happily when somebody would send me one especially if it was a gold IRA.  Just thinking of having one, makes me wanting more.

IRA gold is the latest investment in town today.  It's benefits is compared to none. I bet it is good to have a gold investment because it never run out of value.  As times go by, it's value increases more. Stocks and time reserve may decrease but gold 401k will still remain as solid as it is. 

Investing for the future is a wise move but I don't think i can be able to make it as of now. I still have many things in my hand and money is what i needed right now but just thinking of someone giving me as a gift, makes me smile more.

Recently two from the Philippine Women Archery team won two golds and added three more bronze medals in the recent Asian Archery Grand Prix that held in Vientiane, Laos last April, 2011.

Horse Riding in Fabulous riding boots

Ever since i was a child, i admire those equestrian that rides well and earning awards from their field. I also dream of riding a horse especially with a fabulous riding boots.  Until now, i never had a chance to do so because we have not gone to places where i can rent and ride a horse.  I had an opportunity to go to Tagaytay three times but unfortunately, we never had a chance to visit the place where you can do horse-back riding.  

Did you ever had a chance to do this?  What's the feeling.  I do hope i can try this in a near future. I believe that it would be totally awesome.

When I was just a little child, i saw beautiful kitchens from magazines and movies and there are times that my father will let me visit his work and i get a chance to see big and beautiful restaurant kitchen. Look what's new in town! 7-11 store

As time passes by, changes are inevitable and what's important is that it bring great changes and make your life more meaningful. 

Last Saturday, when i passed by on a street near infront of hubby's law school, something caught my attention and made me say "Wow".   7-11 has been a big part of my life, it's our friendly neighborhood chain store and when i'm hungry at night, i would go here to take a bite of my fave cheesedog. 

It's been a while since I am wishing that my favorite 7-11 will have a branch here in our place and at last it do come true. Although the place was far from us.  I would definitely took the effort to go here whenever I can, to buy my fave slurpee and cheesedog.  

Congratulations to 7-11 and can't wait for the opening.

Scan your photographs

From the notes of Peachy: 

My Mommy, love taking pictures.  When she saw a good subject, she will bring out her phone and take a picture of that object.  She always makes me smile and make me pose for the camera. She even wished to study photography if given a chance. We also love joining magazine and newspaper photo events and when we had a chance to be featured, mommy will eventually scan the magazine for her collection. She wished she had a good software like OCR software to help her to do her work easily. 

My mommy would surely love if those photographs will be preserve so I can look at them when I grow up.  It would be a lot of fun playing with the scanner too, I can even scan my little hands and let mommy put them on my album. 

Having a software that you can use for many scanning purposes is like having my little doll that i can bring anywhere. Reliable, flexible and something worth buying. 

Scanners are very helpful especially if it had a good software that was light and affordable and has a lot of purposes too.  Mommy would surely be happy when she learned about this.

Father's day gift ideas

It's  a few weeks before father's day and many of us are now in the hunt to find something that we can give our father, husband or our married brother. Looking at different gift ideas makes me confused on what i should give. I thought an Ateliers Arthur will be great but he is not really a shoe guy. I am more of a shoe girl than him.  Honestly, i am having a hard time looking and choosing a gift for him, he is not that picky or choosy but he would always say that "please don't surprise me with your gifts" because he would rather want to buy something that he knows and he likes than receiving something that he would not use. 

Lifestyle shoes are really nice to wear,their designs are great and stylish too that's why having one would mean really something but i think for now, i would just opt to look at them unless hubby would eventually agree to have one. Maybe the best gift i can give him this father's day is to cook for him.  It's been a while since i cooked "kare-kare" and i think if i does that again, he would surely love it and perhaps fall in love all over again. What do you think? Is the idea nice?

Crazy Little Thing called LOVE

Have you ever felt something that you don't know what you would do?  

Love is sometimes deceiving, can break or mend your heart.  It's a mixture of sweet and bitter feelings and it can make another crazy.  Have you ever wonder seeing yourself doing the things you have never done before and you would eventually say that you are doing it because your inlove?  If you think someone and he or she brought smile in your lips and your heart even she/he is doing nothing and sometimes your heart beats faster as if your in a kind of race and  you think that it must be love. 

I have read many stories of love, people who become foolish, someone who would even die for love.  I hope it can never happen to you or to me and if it does don't blame yourself that much, it's just the crazy little thing called LOVE.
