Family that eats together stays together

my lovely family

Saying goes , a family that prays together stays together.  Well, it also a good thing if a family eats together.  Studies show that the more often families eat together, the less likely kids are to smoke, drink, do drugs, get depressed, develop eating develop eating disorders and consider suicide, and the more likely they are to do well in school, delay having sex, eat their vegetables, learn big words and know which fork to use. Conversation during meal time gives a great opportunity for the family to have a good bonding time. Family meals foster warmth, security and love, as well as a good feelings of belonging.  It is also a good way to save money, foods prepared from home is more cost efficient rather than those that are bought from restaurants.

Meals prepared at home is more nutritious and healthy because you can choose what kind of food you will prepare for your family.
