Hardware needs

I don't know but lately it seems that some gadgets in our house is needing some repair. I have to ask hubby to check each of it and get some replacement if needed one. I wonder if can be of help since they offer some industrial and hardware supplies.
One instant when i tried to open the bathroom door when the lock suddenly broke ,it's the second time since our other bathroom door was broken two weeks ago. Today, the wheel of the electric fan falls apart while having it's usual cleaning.
It's been a while since we visited the hardware store and the house needs some repairing to do, i just hope no major repair will be needed in the following days or else it will cause me another headache.
